Towles Point Seafood

     Thirty years ago, Dan McGuire found paradise on Towles Point in Lancaster, Virginia.  A son of Irish immigrants, Dan was taught to appreciate and value his surroundings, not taking anything for granted, mainly nature and all of its wonders. Dan imparted these values to his three sons – Jack, Mick, and Luke. Over the years, they explored the Point together and enjoyed all it had to offer whether it was fishing, crabbing or scooping oysters from the bottom of the river and shucking them on the banks ready to eat.

     In 2012, Dan and his sons established Towles Point Seafood Company with one goal in mind, to share oysters with the rest of the world.  These delicious, delicate Pearls of the River were too good not to share.  The confluence of brackish water with fresh water makes Towles Point Seafood oysters rich buttery tasting, melting right in your mouth.
